Product Description


ER304 stainless steel welding wire is an austenitic stainless steel welding wire, widely used for welding 304 series stainless steel materials, with good corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.


1. Chemical composition
Chromium (Cr): 18.0-20.0%
Nickel (Ni): 8.0-11.0%
Carbon (C): ≤0.08%
Manganese (Mn): ≤2.0%
Silicon (Si): ≤1.0%
Phosphorus (P): ≤0.045%
Sulfur (S): ≤0.03%
Iron (Fe): Balance


2. Characteristics
Corrosion resistance: high chromium and nickel content, excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for a variety of corrosive environments.


Mechanical properties: good strength and toughness, excellent welding joint performance.


Machinability: easy to process and form, good welding performance.


Crack resistance: good resistance to thermal cracking, suitable for welding thermal crack sensitive materials.
