Product Description


ER316 stainless steel welding wire is a high-performance welding material suitable for welding 316 stainless steel and similar materials. Its excellent corrosion resistance, pitting and crevice corrosion resistance make it widely used in chemical industry, marine engineering, food processing, pharmaceutical industry and other fields. Correct selection of welding process and parameters can ensure welding quality and extend the service life of equipment.


ER316L stainless steel welding wire is a low-carbon austenitic stainless steel welding wire, mainly used for welding 316L stainless steel and similar materials. Compared with ER316 welding wire, ER316L has a lower carbon content (≤0.03%), which further reduces the risk of chromium carbide precipitation and significantly improves the resistance to intergranular corrosion. It is widely used in chemical industry, marine engineering, food processing, pharmaceutical industry and other fields, especially in occasions where higher corrosion resistance and intergranular corrosion resistance are required.
