Product Description


ER70S-6 gas shielded welding wire is a low alloy steel welding wire, widely used in gas shielded welding of carbon steel and low alloy steel (such as MIG/MAG welding).


Features:
Welding performance: high silicon and manganese content, good molten pool fluidity during welding, and beautiful weld formation.


Strength: high strength of welded joints, tensile strength can reach 70 ksi (about 480 MPa).


Crack resistance: good resistance to thermal cracking, suitable for welding thermal crack sensitive materials.


Machinability: suitable for a variety of welding processes, including MIG/MAG welding and TIG welding.


Cleanliness: high silicon content helps remove oxides during welding and reduce pores and slag inclusions.
