This aluminium hook bracket is manufactured at Chenrong Precision workshop using 5-axis CNC milling machines. Its irregular curved contour and angular mating surfaces cannot be completed by conventional 3-axis machining. Our 5-axis equipment processes the complex curved shape in a single setup, minimizing clamping errors and guaranteeing the continuity of curved surface.

We control the hole position tolerance and the dimensional accuracy of the end snap slot strictly. Surface is finished with fine bead blasting for uniform matte texture and improved wear resistance. From prototype samples to bulk production, our QC team inspects every batch with coordinate measuring machine. We can adjust the hook curve radius, hole spacing and groove dimensions according to your automation assembly drawings.
