This custom fixture base adopts high strength aluminum alloy raw material. Thanks to 5-axis simultaneous machining, complex angular surfaces, deep cavities, threaded holes and precision locating notches can be completed without repeated re-clamping, which greatly eliminates cumulative positioning errors. Each hole position and angular feature is strictly controlled to meet assembly tolerance.
