The working principle of bag filters

Due to the inertial diffusion of the filter material fibers and fabrics, the hook and static electricity and other factors, The dust is stored in the filter core bag, and the purified gas escapes from the bag and is discharged through the exhaust pipe. The dust accumulated on the filter bag is removed by the gas backwashing method, and the dust is removed to the ash hopper through the double-layer ash discharge valve, and then discharged to the ash conveying device through the double-layer ash discharge valve. The accumulated dust on the filter bag can also be removed by the method of jet pulse gas flow to achieve the purpose of ash removal. The dust in the filter bag can be removed by the ash removal device. The efficiency of the bag filter is also inseparable from the filter material. The process features of the bag filter system are low resistance and large flow rate

Based on the low-resistance and high-flow system process, the pipeline network design is optimized to reduce system resistance loss. The flow velocity control method is adopted, and the economic flow velocity of the system pipeline is determined to be 16-19m/s. Measures:
