Light Stabilizer UV Absorber Antioxidant 1076 CAS 2082-79-3 Plastic Additives Hindered Amine Antioxidants

Introduction:

White or slightly yellow solid powder, soluble in ketones, aromatic hydrocarbons, aliphatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons and alcohol, insoluble in water. Although it will gradually hydrolyze in water, it has sufficient stability within the shelf life of water-based emulsions. Antioxidant 1076 is a highly efficient hindered phenol antioxidant with good compatibility with most polymers. It has a good effect of preventing discoloration caused by light and heat, and also has a certain light stabilization effect.

Uses:

Hindered amine antioxidant is a non-polluting, non-toxic hindered phenol antioxidant. It is white or slightly yellow solid powder. It is easily soluble in benzene (57 grams), chloroform, cyclohexane and esters and other organic solvents. It is slightly soluble in methanol, ethanol, mineral oil, and insoluble in water. It is stable to light, not easy to change color, not polluting, not coloring, low volatility, water extraction resistance, good compatibility, and high antioxidant performance. It is widely used in polyethylene, polypropylene, polyoxymethylene, ABS resin, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride alcohol, engineering plastics, synthetic fibers, elastomers, adhesives, waxes, synthetic rubbers and petroleum products. Prevent thermal oxidative degradation of the substrate. It is suitable for addition in the polymerization, manufacturing or final use stage of the product. It is often used in combination with auxiliary antioxidants such as DLTP, 168 to exert a synergistic effect.
