Performance and Applications
  • Extreme Pressure Anti-Wear Properties: ZDDP decomposes under high temperature and high pressure conditions on friction pair surfaces, reacting with metals to form a protective film. This effectively reduces direct metal-to-metal contact, minimizes wear, and extends the service life of critical components such as engines, transmissions, and gearboxes.
  • Excellent Antioxidant Properties: Capable of capturing free radicals generated during oil oxidation processes, terminating chain reactions, delaying oil aging, and preventing the formation of sludge and carbon deposits. Helps maintain lubrication system cleanliness and extends oil drain intervals.
  • Anti-Corrosion Protection: Provides good protection for non-ferrous metals such as copper, lead, and babbitt metals.
