Polyacrylamide (PAM) is a linear polymer appearing as white powder or granules. Available in anionic, cationic and non-ionic types with molecular weight from 5 to 25 million, it's widely used in water treatment, oil recovery, papermaking, etc. as high-efficiency flocculant and thickener.
