High Performance Polyelectrolyte Coagulant of Polyamine 50% Solid Content
OYIPOLYMER supplies POLYAMINE grades tailored for water treatment. As a high charge cationic coagulant it rapidly neutralizes colloids forms compact flocs and stabilizes clarification across primary and secondary units. The portfolio includes liquid and powder grades to match on site solution preparation and dosing systems.
Key Benefits in WWTP Operations
- Fast charge neutralization and strong floc formation for suspended solids removal
- Works alone or with polyaluminum based coagulants to optimize cost and performance
- Reduces sludge volume and improves filter press or centrifuge dewatering
- Broad operating pH window supports variable influent quality and seasonal shifts

Typical WTP/ETP Applications
- Primary and secondary clarification: turbidity and suspended solids reduction with compact flocs
- Industrial effluent treatment: textile chemical food paper and mining wastewater
- Sludge conditioning: improved cake solids and press throughput
- Tertiary polishing: support filter performance and stable effluent quality
Dosage and Preparation
Liquid grade make up
Prepare solution at 0.5 to 5 percent by solids before dosing into coagulation or sludge lines.
Powder grade make up
Prepare solution at 0.5 to 10 percent by solids allow complete dissolution before use.
Optimization
Confirm dose by jar testing using actual influent. Select injection point and mixing to achieve fast dispersion without floc breakage.
Pairing program
Use alone as primary coagulant or combine with polyaluminum coagulants when higher color or NOM removal is required.
