Description:
  • Mining plant wastewater contains high concentrations of suspended solids, heavy metal ions and residual beneficiation agents.
  • Traditional treatment processes often face pain points such as slow sedimentation, large sludge volume and high operating costs.
  • In response to this challenge, we have innovatively launched a synergistic treatment process of polyaluminium chloride (PAC) and polyacrylamide (PAM), which has been successfully applied to coal mines, gold mines, iron mines and other fields, helping customers achieve stable and standard emissions at a lower cost.
  • The precipitated sludge is conditioned with cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) to destroy the colloidal structure and release bound water, and then dehydrated by a filter press. The sludge moisture content is reduced from 98% to below 75%, and the volume is reduced by 60%

Instruction of polyacrylamide

  1. Before using,dissolve polyacrylamide with tap water at a ratio of 0.1%-0.5% and stir until fully dissolved.
  2. Do not use iron materials to stir or hold PAM, because the reaction performance of PAM will decrease when it encounters iron.
  3. The dosage needs to be calculated through laboratory pilot tests, with the aim of achieving the aggregation of flocs and presenting the phenomenon of sludge-water separation.
  4. It is better to use up the prepared PAM solution within 24 hours.
  5. Products should be stored in unopened package in a dry atmosphere at temperature no higher than 35℃.
