High Molecular Weight Cationic Polyacrylamide used in Paper Making Mills Slury Water Purification
- Papermaking Sludge treatment is an important part of the water treatment in paper industry which can be performed on filter, screw and belt presses and also ceentrifuges.
- For dewatering thetarget is to achieve maximum water releasement while getting acceptableach unit where desired solide rates of solids throughput. Technically there is an optimum condition forthroughput and cake moisture are met. Also, the quality of water discharging from the unit is needed to be taken into account.
- OYIFLOC coagulants used in water treatment are anartially digested or activated or chemically treated waste sludge from the paeffective sedimentation and centrifugation reagent in the treatment of paper.
- We innovatively launched a synergistic treatment solution of POLYDADMAC and Cationic POLYACRYLAMIDE Flocculant, which has been successfully applied in many papermaking processing companies, achieving a double breakthrough in environmental protection compliance and cost optimization.

Primary Results

Instruction of polyacrylamide
- Before using, dissolve polyacrylamide with tap water at a ratio of 0.1%-0.5% and stir until fully dissolved.
- Do not use iron materials to stir or hold PAM, because the reaction performance of PAM will decrease when it encounters iron.
- The dosage needs to be calculated through laboratory pilot tests, with the aim of achieving the aggregation of flocs and presenting the phenomenon of sludge-water separation.
- It is better to use up the prepared PAM solution within 24 hours.
- Products should be stored in unopened package in a dry atmosphere at temperature no higher than 35℃.
