• DCA-58 Water Decoloring Agent is a special product for de-coloring, flocculating, CODcr decreasing and other applications. It is used to remove color of waste water generated by textiles process houses and dyes industries and other fields, with strong decolorization (50%~99%) and removal of COD (50%~80%).

• By providing a large number of cations, the negative charge is brought on dye molecules are neutralized instability, at the same time with DCA-58 by a large number of hydrolysis of flocs, so as to achieve the purpose of decolorization.

• DCA-58 Water Decoloring Agent is specially working high performance with the dyeing wastewater containing the hydrophilic dyes, less dosage, fast speed, and also decrease the composition of COD.

• Application: wastewater treatment in paint industry, industrial waste water treatment, flocculation water treatment, water clarifying agent, water purifying agents, decolouring agent, cationic polymers water treatment

C.Test process
As per customers requirements, we test this effluent by 2methods.
Take 50ml effluent, adjust PH value to 7-9, and add 0.4ml DCA-58, mix and add 1ml PAC, and mix again. Keep PH about 7. And then add PAM solution. After these process,the effluent become light blue. Check as below pictures.

• Dilute DCA-58 with tap-water, to get 5% solution before use.
• Ajust the effluent sample pH to 7.5-8.0, then add 100-200ppm DCA-58 solution
• Mix for several minutes to form flocs, and check the dosing rate.
• Combine with PAC-300 if needed – do not pre-mix
• Dose PAM solution for quick settlling
• Allow settling or use flotation for separation
