HAA7525 High Hydrolysis Anionic PAM Flocculant for Tailings Management and Mineral Processing
Polyacrylamide is a general term for acrylamide homopolymer orpolymers obtained by copolymerization withother monomers. It is one of the most widelyused varieties of water-soluble polymers. It is ahard glassy solid at room temperature, andbecomes a transparent liquid after dissolutionAfter long-term storage of the liquid, the viscosityof the solution will decrease due to the slowdegradation of the polymer. The main applicationareas are water treatment, papermaking, miningmetallurgy, etc.

Usage Instructions
Preparation:
Dissolve CPAM in clean water to make a 0.1%–0.3% aqueous solution. Stir slowly to avoid clumping.
Application:
Add the prepared solution evenly into the wastewater system.
Dosage:
Typical dosage is 1–10 ppm, depending on wastewater characteristics.
Mixing:
Allow proper mixing and reaction time for optimal floc formation.
How to use OYIFLOC Anionic Polymer Flocculant?
-
Prepare stock solution if using powder: dissolve 0.1-0.2 g/L in water (adjust per lab test). Stir for 30–60 minutes until fully hydrated.
-
Liquid product: dilute to recommended working concentration per technical sheet.
-
Typical dosage range: 0.1–10 mg/L (vary by application and water quality). Perform jar test to determine optimal dose.
-
Add flocculant after coagulation stage or directly to influent stream; mix gently then allow settling. Adjust pH and dose based on jar test results.
