Glass reactor is with double glass design,the inner layer placed reaction solvent can do the mixing raction,the outer layer can be added with the different hot and cold sources(frozen liquid,hot oil)to do loop cooling or heating reaction,Under the conditions of constant temperature setting,the mixing reaction can be carried on inside the sealted glass reactor according to requirments under the conditions of atmospheric pressure or negative pressure,and the dripping,reflux and distillation and stirring etc can also be done.

Main Features

1. Frequency control, geared motor, constant speed, no brush, no spark, safe and stable, can work continuously.
2. The complete glass is made of high borosilicate glass GG17 3.3, which has good chemical and physical properties.
3. The overall stainless steel column mobile frame structure, six reactor lids. The large mouth design is easy to clean,     and the standard port socket can be equipped with a distillation synthesis device such as reflow, liquid addition and temperature measurement.
4. Stainless steel wrapped Teflon paddle for mixing and mixing of low to high viscosity liquids.
5. Lower flange of the discharge port and PTFE valve, there is no dead angle in the container, and the material can be removed and discharged to facilitate the quick and quick discharge of solid materials.
6. Alloy steel mechanical seal, Teflon joint, keep high precision seal under working condition.
