DSZL vacuum homogenizer, also known as vacuum emulsifying mixer, is the most advanced homogenizer design in Europe, especially suitable for making large batches of cream and lotions containing a lot of powder.

  • Working capacity from 50L to 10000L;
  • Suitable for creams and lotions with a viscosity of 10,000~100,000cps;
  • Perfect particle size of 2 microns, uniform distribution;
  • External emulsification and homogenization by pipeline vertical online homogenizer;
  • Compared with DSZL series vacuum emulsifier, the intermittent time is shorter;
  • Mixing, dispersing, emulsification, homogenization, vacuuming, heating and cooling are completed in one unit;
  • Main vacuum homogenizer electromechanical heating dual temperature probe and controller;
  • The internal mechanical seal cooling system of the homogenizer makes the homogenization time longer;
  • The homogenizer doubles as a delivery pump for finished product discharge;
  • Reverse mixing system with fixed impeller with holes and wall scrapers;
  • The external anchor mixer adopts pipeline design to enhance the mixing effect and has a beautiful appearance;
