ONETEST-040 is a multi-channel dust particle counter based on the principle of laser scattering, which can accurately measure 6 kinds of particle sizes including 0.3μm, 0.5μm, 1μm, 3μm, 3μm, 5μm and 10μm. Through the standard RS485 interface and Modbus-RTU protocol, the data is transmitted to various intelligent terminals in real time to reduce human participation and realize unmanned intelligent monitoring. In a variety of dust-free occasions, to achieve 7*24 hours of continuous real-time monitoring, reduce risks, reduce costs.
ONETEST-040 has higher measurement precision and particle size resolution, and has a stronger ability to resist the effects of humidity. Working principle
Using the single particle laser scattering principle, through the precise optical design and the hydrodynamic principle, the particles in the sampled air pass through the beam in turn to produce weak scattered light, collecting the scattered light and project onto the high sensitive and high bandwidth photodetector.
