Hybrid Ceramic Ball Bearing 608 Of Customized Material
Description of Hybrid Ceramic Bearing 608:
1. Races can be chosen among GCr15 bearing steel, 440C stainless steel, high temperature resistant bearing steel, etc.,
2. Balls can be chosen among zirconia or silicon nitride ceramic balls, and their precision can reach G5 Grade. Our zirconia ceramic balls are made by highly purified, sub-micron and after Y2O3-TZP stabled zirconia powder material, are processed by AP (Atmospheric Pressure) sintering and HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology, and our silicon nitride ceramic balls are made of highly purified, submicron silicon nitride powder with an alpha phase of more than 92%, and is processed by GPS (Gas Pressure) sintering and HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology too. Hot isostatic pressure sintering technology can highly improve the properties of ceramic materials.
Performance advantages of Hybrid Ceramic Bearing 608:
Hybrid ceramic bearings have many advantages, they are non-magnetic, non-conductive, low noise, electrically insulated, non-locking at high speeds, resistant to dry friction, long life, cost effective and etc.
