This integrated zirconia ceramic plunger pump is composed of high-purity 3Y-TZP zirconia plunger and precision machined stainless steel threaded housing. The zirconia plunger adopts high-temperature sintering + mirror polishing process, with outstanding wear resistance, chemical inertness and ultra-long service life compared with metal plungers. The stainless steel flange threaded base is tightly matched with ceramic plunger, stable sealing, zero liquid leakage, widely used in chemical dosing pumps, liquid metering pumps, filling equipment and precision fluid conveying systems. Standard sizes in stock, fully customized machining according to customer drawings.
