Product Overview
Threaded boron nitride ceramic rods are special ceramic structural parts made of high-purity hexagonal boron nitride through hot-press sintering and precision CNC turning. Different from ordinary alumina ceramics, BN materials feature ultra-high temperature resistance, perfect insulation, non-wetting to molten metal, self-lubricating property and excellent machinability. With integrally molded high-precision threads, the rods deliver smooth meshing performance without thread slipping or deformation under high temperatures. They are indispensable insulating positioning, fixing and supporting components for high-temperature vacuum equipment, semiconductor tooling, welding jigs and high-voltage precision devices.
