Product Application

DRZ550 disc separator is mainly for water scrubbing, degumming during the continuous refining of vegetable oil. On request of customer, it can also be used for separating the emulsion formed up by liquid-liquid or liquid-solid of different specific gravities in such industries as light industry, chemical and food, etc.
This equipment operates easily, conveniently control, high-level separating capacity.

This separator use centripetal pump for discharging. Because of pressure, liquid was sent to lower equipment by centripetal pump after discharging, therefore the separating has these characteristics: good separating effect, de-oxidation of separator material, high-quality of finished product, high-refine rate.

Working principle 
The disc separator or centrifuge is specially used for the 2 phase and 3 phase separation. The two phase separation is to separate the suspended solid from liquid or separate two liquids which have the different specific gravity and are immiscible. The three-phase separation is to separate the two immiscible liquid phases and a phase of soild at the same time
