Product Application

The heavy diesel oil is separated by separator can replace the light diesel oil for using so that reduce the cost of production greatly.

The marine separator is mainly used for cleaning up the moisture and mechanical impurity in the fuel ( Light diesel oil, heavy diesel oil, fuel oil) and lubricating oil of ships and diesel engine, which is good to reduce the abrasion and prolong its service-life.

The design, manufacture and inspect are accord with GB/T5745-2002 << Marine Disk Separator>>. Stable operation, the vibration is much lower than the national standard value. All materials are made of stainless steel, so effectively reduce the corrosion of separation materials.

The marine separator is mainly used for cleaning up the moisture and mechanical impurity in the fuel ( Light diesel oil, heavy diesel oil, fuel oil) and lubricating oil of ships and diesel engine

Main Features

1) There are stationary centripetal pumps for heavy phase and light phase output. Separated heavy phase and light phase are outputted respectively by the large and small centripetal pumps which on the top of the drum.


2) This series of separator outfits various specific gravity rings with different diameter, which can be selected and used according to the density and volume of the materials.


3) It has backpressure regulating valve. Separating effect can be regulated by regulating backpressure.
