DPF series starch separator is designed and developed according to the needs of starch market, and based on the excellences of same type equipments both domestic and overseas. It's mainly used in the fine production of starch with the low material corn, cassava, wheat, white potato, and etc.

At the step of starch separating and washing , it's used for separating, concentrating, and washing the starch( (heavy phase) and albumen( light phase), and also can be used for separating, concentrating, and washing in the industries of pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff.

Main Features

1. Big diameter of drum, large area of disc, strong capability of separation, excellent effect of production.
2.The material of drum adopts imported high-strength corrosion-proof stainless steel, which assures the safety and stability of separator.
3. Fitted with hydraulic system for lifting drum, which makes more easily to check the drum and replace nozzles.
4. Adopting top-suspension driving, which makes the separator with high rotation stability, and largely improves the using life of bearings and main shaft.
5. Adopting automatic control of lubricating oil circuit, which protects and prolongs the using life of driving system.
