Description
Key high-temperature component for cement preheater & calciner system, mainly used for gas-material separation, dust collection and flue gas guidance. The complete set includes inner cylinder body, brackets, hanging plates and connecting plates, forming a stable hanging support structure.

2. Core Specifications

  • Material: graded selection according to C1–C5 stages
  • Structure: curved plates / flat plates / sub-gourd shape, with concave–convex interlocking grooves, hooks / brackets, and reinforcing ribs; assembled from multiple segments into a cylinder
  • Function: resistant to high temperatures (800–1050°C), abrasion, thermal shock, and oxidation; protects the inner cylinder framework
  • Application: Cement preheater cyclones, calciner systems, new dry process cement kilns
