1. Maintenance and instructions

1) Conveyor belts should be kept clean during transportation and storage, avoid sunlight or rain or snow, prevent contact with acids, alkali oils, organic solvents and other substances, and be one meter away from heating devices.

2) The temperature in the warehouse should be kept between -18℃-40℃ during storage, and the relative temperature should be kept between 50-80%RH.

3) During the storage period, the product must be placed in a roll and not folded. During the storage period, it should be turned over once a quarter.

4) Conveyor belts of different types and specifications are not suitable to be connected together, and the joints should preferably be glued.

5) The type, structure, specification and number of layers of the conveyor belt should be selected reasonably according to the conditions of use. 6) The running speed of the conveyor belt should generally not be as high as 2.5 m/s. For materials with large lumpiness and abrasion, and the use of a fixed plow-type unloading device, the low speed should be used as much as possible.

7) The transmission roller diameter of the conveyor and the cloth layer of the conveyor belt, the matching of the transmission roller and the reversing roller, and the requirements for the roller groove angle should be selected reasonably according to the design requirements of the conveyor.

2. Features

With the popularity of conveyor belts in industrial production, multiple varieties, high performance, light weight, multi-function, and long life are several aspects that manufacturers pay attention to. In industrial production, the correct use of conveyor belts is particularly important. When using conveyor belts, you should pay attention to the following:

1) Avoid the rollers being covered by materials, causing rotation failure, and prevent leakage of materials from being stuck between the roller and the tape. Pay attention Lubrication of the movable part of the conveyor belt, but the conveyor belt must not be oily;

2) Prevent the conveyor belt from starting under load;
