Our ball mill end liners are critical wear‑resistant spare parts installed on both end heads of ball mills, directly bearing violent impact and collision from steel balls to protect mill end heads from damage.

Material & Core Selling Points

  • High‑manganese steel (Mn13 / Mn18Cr2):Work‑hardening under impact, excellent toughness. Perfect for coarse grinding chambers, great resistance to steel‑ball impact, anti‑fracture performance.
  • High‑chromium alloy:High hardness, superior wear resistance. Preferred for fine grinding chambers under heavy abrasive grinding conditions.
  • Bimetallic composite material:Tough substrate + high‑wear‑resistant working surface. Balances impact resistance and wear performance, longer service life than single high‑manganese steel liner.
  • Medium‑chromium / Low‑chromium cast iron:Cost‑effective choice for light‑impact fine‑grinding working conditions.
