Product Description
This manual clamp-type butterfly valve is a key device for regulating and controlling the on/off of fluids (water, gas, liquid, etc.) in industrial pipelines.
Core Components & Functions
- Valve Body (blue part): Made of ductile iron/cast steel for high strength and impact resistance. Features clamp installation (bolts penetrate pipe flange to clamp valve body), saving space with flexible installation. Commonly used in water supply, drainage, HVAC, and fire protection systems. Internal black rubber valve seat seal cooperates with valve plate to block fluid leakage.
- Valve Plate (silver disc): The core pipeline "switch" that rotates around central axis (0°-90°) to control fluid flow. Surface may have anti-corrosion treatment (stainless steel, spray coating) for complex conditions like acid, alkali, and high temperature.
- Actuator (black + yellow part): Manual drive with yellow turntable/handle that rotates valve plate through gear/worm gear mechanism. Simple, reliable operation suitable for non-automated scenarios. Black shell contains transmission structure with gears and bearings for smooth operation and stable torque.
