High-Precision Industrial Desander for Efficient Impurity Removal in Tuber Starch Processing
1. Work principle:
This desander utilizes the centrifugal separation principle to separate and discharge sand particles and various impurities. Its eccentric feed pipe directs the slurry to generate a downward spiral flow; the flow converts to an upward direction at the conical section prior to ultimate discharge.
Under the combined effect of centrifugal force and gravity, impurities gradually settle into the bottom slag collection hopper. The integrated anti-backflow components prevent separated contaminants from re-entering the system, and accumulated sediment can be completely washed out by activating the manual on-off valve.
2. Description of Desander:
This desanding dewatering cyclone eliminates sand and silt from ground starch, cassava and potato slurries, and is widely used in all types of starch processing operations.
