High-Efficiency Industrial Desander – Precision Impurity Removal for Rice/Cassava Starch Processing Lines
1. Work principle:
This desander capitalizes on the centrifugal separation principle to segregate and expel sand particles and assorted contaminants. Its eccentric feed pipe guides the slurry to produce a downward spiral current; the flow shifts upward at the conical section before final ejection.
Under the synergistic action of centrifugal force and gravitational pull, impurities progressively settle into the bottom slag collection hopper. The built-in anti-backflow components prevent separated contaminants from being reintroduced into the system, and accumulated sediment can be fully flushed away by actuating the manual on-off valve.
2. Description of Desander:
This desanding dewatering cyclone removes sand and silt from ground starch, cassava and potato slurries, and is widely applied in various starch processing industries.
