Working Principle:
Cassava pulp is conveyed through a dedicated pipeline into the bottom of the centrifugal sieve basket. Driven by the dual action of centrifugal force and gravitational pull, the pulp spreads evenly across the screen surface and travels along a sophisticated curved path toward the perimeter of the sieve basket. Following thorough rinsing with water, starch particles with diameters smaller than the screen mesh aperture pass through the filter media, while oversized fibrous residues and impurities are continuously discharged by the slag pump.
