1.Work principle:
Desanding equipment operates on the centrifugal separation principle. With its water inlet pipe installed eccentrically on the cylinder, water enters via the cyclone sand inlet and first forms a downward tangential swirling flow, moving circumferentially downward. Upon reaching a specific section of the cone, the water flow reverses to upward axial rotation and is discharged through the outlet pipe. Impurities, driven by inertial centrifugal force and gravity, settle along the cone wall into the bottom conical slag bucket—equipped with anti-rising components to prevent re-entrainment. When impurities accumulate to a certain level, simply open the manual valve for discharge via water flow.
