High-Precision Segregation Starch Refining Machine Hydrocyclone Station for Cassava Starch Processing Machine



Working Principle:

Starch milk is conveyed via a starch pump through the hydrocyclone’s material inlet into the cylindrical intermediate chamber, after which the starch paste enters the cyclone tube’s inlet and flows in a tangential direction into the tube’s interior. Inside the cyclone tube, the material constituents move along a helical trajectory while generating centrifugal force. As they travel in a helical downward motion, they encounter diminished resistance near the lower section of the cone and ascend through the bottom inlet via a reverse-helical vortex, ultimately discharging through the overflow outlet. This entire process achieves efficient segregation of each constituent component.
