Working Principle:
Kick off by starting the machine and pumping starch slurry into the bottom of the sieve basket! Under the dual action of centrifugal force and gravity, the slurry moves in a complex curved path toward the wider end of the basket while rolling vigorously. In this process, large impurities are quickly pushed to the basket’s outer edge and trapped in the slag collection chamber. On the contrary, starch particles smaller than the sieve mesh effortlessly pass through the screen and drop into the starch collection chamber—realizing fast, thorough starch-impurity separation.
