1.Work principle:

Leveraging the principles of centrifugal sedimentation and density gradient differentiation, this industrial desander processes slurry mixtures with high precision. When sand-laden water enters tangentially at controlled pressure, it generates a stable high-intensity swirling motion inside the cavity.
Under centrifugal and gravitational forces, low-density materials migrate to the center, rise, and exit via the top overflow port. High-density sand particles are thrown outward to the cavity wall, settle rapidly, and are discharged through the bottom sand outlet—achieving thorough impurity removal to ensure feedstock purity.


2. Description of Desander :


The Desand Hydrate Cyclone is engineered to thoroughly eliminate sand and mud from crushed starch slurries like cassava, potato, and more. It’s a must-have for a wide range of starch processing operations—from corn, cassava (starch & flour), and wheat starch production to sago and potato starch refining.
