Product Description:
The preliminarily pulped cassava pulp is fed into the bottom of the centrifugal sieve basket through a specially designed anti-clogging pipeline, ensuring stable and continuous separation. Driven by centrifugal force generated from high-speed rotation of the sieve and assisted by gravity, the pulp is uniformly distributed across the precision screen surface and gradually moves toward the periphery of the basket. High-pressure water spray systems facilitate thorough rinsing, allowing starch particles smaller than the mesh aperture to pass through and be collected as starch milk. Larger impurities are effectively separated and discharged via a dedicated slag removal pump, which prevents blockages and supports uninterrupted, environmentally sustainable operation. The system is engineered for large-scale, continuous production, delivering operational stability, enhanced starch recovery, and reduced processing costs.
