Wear-Resistant High-Impurity Slurry Adaptable Starch Processing Desander
1.Work principle:
This desander adopts centrifugal separation to remove sand and impurities. Eccentric inlet pipe guides slurry to form downward swirling flow; flow reverses upward at the cone section and discharges.
Impurities settle into the bottom slag hopper under centrifugal force and gravity. Anti-reflux parts block re-entrainment, and accumulated impurities are flushed out by opening the manual valve.
