Anti-Reflux Slurry Desander: Gravity-Assisted Centrifugal Separation for Clean Slurry Output
1.Work principle:
This desander utilizes centrifugal separation principle to separate and remove sand and mixed impurities. Its eccentric feeding pipe guides the slurry to create a downward spiral flow; the flow reverses to ascend at the conical part and is finally discharged out. Driven by centrifugal force and gravity, impurities settle into the bottom slag storage hopper gradually. The equipped anti-reflux accessories block the re-entrainment of separated impurities, and the accumulated residue can be flushed out completely by opening the manual on-off valve.
2. Description of Desander :
This sand-separating dewatering cyclone filters out sand and sediment from crushed starch, cassava and potato slurries, and is commonly applied throughout multiple starch processing industries.
3 .Features and benefits:
- CE-accredited and in accordance with European safety norms for assured operational security.
- Stationary framework without any moving components reduces failure hazards and prolongs equipment lifespan.
- Superior wear resistance makes it ideal for prolonged processing of high-impurity slurries.
- Exceptional sand removal efficiency guarantees top-tier performance and high-purity slurry discharge.
