Heavy Duty Desander Realizing Efficient Desanding for High Impurity Raw Tuber Starch Materials
This starch processing desanding cyclone is a specialized unit designed specifically for the removal of abrasive particulate impurities—such as sand, sediment, and stones—from cassava, sweet potato, and potato starch slurries. It delivers precise hydraulic positioning and highly efficient centrifugal separation. Integrated into the pretreatment stage—immediately following starch crushing and prior to primary starch separation—the cyclone ensures effective elimination of high-density contaminants, thereby safeguarding downstream equipment and enhancing overall process purity.
Without any motor-driven rotating components, the whole separation system operates steadily only relying on feeding pressure with extremely low energy consumption. Users only need to periodically open the manual slag discharge valve to clean accumulated sediments, which guarantees continuous and efficient operation of the whole machine.
