FEEDING UNIT The Central Console is adopted to Windows system for easily operating.Feeding gaps adjustment are computerized control with screen display Auto zero-set for feeding position to reduce adjusting time. Servo Control Non-crush Feeding System as optional. Feeding volume is frequency control and can be adjusted according to cardboard size. Main motor,suction blower and dust suction are frequency control. The speed can be adjust freely with synchronous belt drive. For example as 1426 model Lead Edge Feeder equipped with 4 axis for transmission. The extension dust removing system with 4 blower fans, 2 brushes, and anti-static system optional. The permanent magnet fan frequency conversion controls the vacuum air flow and pressure, which can adapt to different cardboard specifications, save energy and reduce noise
