Complete machine features:

2. All gap position adjustment adopts high accuracy displacement sensor, PLC control.

3. Several touch-screen control, can store thousands of orders,more convenient and quick to change order.

4. All ceramic wheels vacuum suction transmission.

5. DC integral monolithic air exhaust ion electrostatic dust removal device, high effective brush roller and large flow fan dust removal device, make dust removal more thoroughly and efficient.

6. Equipped a system which can ensure the linear speed synchronization after finishing grinding die cutting rubber pad.

7. With single/ double scraping system.

8. High precision automatic reset positioning system.

9. Feeding unit is designed with two vacuum adsorption transmission box and pull paper box, can achieve light pressure free pressure transmission, not ruin the strength of the corrugated cardboard; three-axis individual servo drive, can achieve prolong feeding length.

10. .Equipped with the vacuum transmission box, oil pump centralized supply oil lubrication system, synchronous belt of transmission box is special structure, the service life of the synchronous belt can be over two years.

11. Die cutting unit independent servo drive tracking system, guarantee the machine overprinting precision.

Can run high speed in high precision. Such as anilox roller LPI is 650 line/inch, printing plate 120 line/inch, it can run speed in 200pcs/min.
