INTRODUCTION:

1120A Fully automatic precoating film laminating machine is a brand-new product that we developed for the market. It is suited for pre-coating film lamination. With three in one function, which includes auto paper feeding, film laminating, and paper cutting easily. This machine is easy to operate and maintain and runs smoothly.

Functions & characteristics:

  1. It is easy to operate with small floor space.
  2. Saving time and manpower with high efficiency by auto feeding and cutting functions.
  3. The main composite roll is made of a jumbo steel roll. With an Electromagnetic heating system, the temperature on the surface is stable and uniform.
  4. With the recording order function, it is saving time to change orders with one click.
  5. The main driven motor adopts a variable frequency speed controller and PCL control system to adjust the working speed easily.
  6. The servo motor controls the speed. Adjusted by the PLC according to the length of the lap splice.
