AUTOMATIC PRE-COATING FILM LAMINATING MACHINE

Introduction

The Fully-automatic cardboard laminating machine is a brand-new product for pre-coating film lamination. The whole machine adopts a variable frequency conversion system to adjust the speed, PLC central control and man-machine interface operation can achieve full line automation on paper feeding, laminating, and cutting, which enhances the working speed with high quality and less energy consumption.

Description of Configuration:

  2. Paper feeding and laminating is fast without stopping the machine, controlled by a variable-frequency drive;
  3. The thermostat to control the temperature of the machine;
  4. All in one machine with auto cutting function;
  5. Easy to operate with a 7-inch color touch screen, The operator can check the working state of the machine from the touch screen at any time.
  6. The high-precision hard chrome-plating heated roller with a built-in hot oil heater can achieve a quick start and heat in 10-15 minutes. The energy can be recycled to save mass energy consumption and good performance on homoiotherm.
  7. The air swelling shaft is easy to load the film. With the scale on the air swelling shaft can locate the position of the film precisely. And the tension of the film is easy to control by the tension control system, which improves the performance of the lamination.
  8. The One-click to change orders system makes the adjustment of thickness for cardboard more quickly and precisely.
