Q1. What are your packaging conditions?

A: Typically, we use neutral white boxes and brown cardboard boxes for packaging. If you have legally registered a patent, we can package the goods in your branded packaging boxes.

Q2. What are your payment terms?

A: We accept Western Union, wire transfer, and letter of credit payments. T/T 30% as a deposit, with the remaining 70% paid before shipment. We will show you photos of the products and packaging before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your delivery time?

A: Generally, it takes 10 to 30 days after receiving the deposit. The specific delivery time depends on your order and quantity.

Q4. What is your sample policy?

A: If we have ready-made parts in stock, we can provide samples, but the customer must pay for the sample cost and shipping fees.
