Smart Card Data Personalization and Laser Engraving Machine YDLE-1 is a popular and reliable smart card personalization machine which is widely used in massive card production industry worldwide. It is designed to read and write both contact and contactless cards (read, write, encrypt, verify and write COS into the chips) by using 16 encoding stations and engrave the card surface with high quality marking effect.
Basic configuration includes:
Card feeding magazine(CR80 standard card)→Smart card encoding unit (contact/contactless cards/total 16 encoding stations) →Card turn-over+bad card rejection Unit →Laser engraving unit→Good Card Collection magazine.

Introduction of equipment function modules:
1). Card feeding magazine(CR80 standard card): it applies card vacuum absorbing and issuing structure, and the vacuum adsorption way is adopted to effectively prevent card scratch;
2). Smart card encoding unit: it can read data, write data, encrypt, verify and write COS into the smart card chips for both contact and contactless cards. It has totally 16 encoding stations which can ensure the higher data processing speed.
3). Card turn-over + bad card rejection unit: the card turn-over function is enabled to turn the card over. If it is off, the card can pass by without turning over. It can also reject the bad cards if the card is checked to be bad.
4). Laser engraving unit: there are three optional models: carbon dioxide type, optical fiber type and ultraviolet type, which can be selected. It can engrave numbers, Chinese and English, logo, QR code, pictures, etc;
5). Good Card collection unit: the good cards with complete and unique data can be collected in this unit;
