Rubber Cushion Pads for Solar Photovoltaic Panel Lamination MKCP-PV-G1 play a critical role in solar PV photovoltaic panel (PV module) laminators or presses during the production of solar photovoltaic panels and modules. These silicon rubber pads are designed to protect PV modules throughout the entire lamination process.
Key Features
The lamination process is essential for ensuring high-quality PV panels. This process involves placing panel components into the laminator, creating a vacuum to remove air between components, then heating to melt EVA and applying pressure. The molten EVA flows to fill gaps between glass, cells, and back plates while simultaneously extruding intermediate bubbles. This creates strong bonds between battery sheets, glass, and back plates before cooling to solidify the assembly.
