MKCP-Wood-G1 Silicone Rubber Cushion Pad is a professional buffer consumable exclusively designed for wood industry hot pressing and laminating machines. This high-temperature resistant, high-toughness buffer pad is widely applicable to the hot pressing production of laminated wooden doors, reinforced flooring, particleboards, veneer panels, laminated furniture boards, MDF and other wood-based panels.
Also known as wood lamination press pad, wood cushion mat, wooden door buffering pad and wood hot press pad, this silicone rubber pad provides uniform buffering and pressure balance during hot pressing. It effectively optimizes lamination flatness, improves finished product quality, and ensures stable and efficient continuous production for wood processing lines.

Adopting a durable three-layer composite structure, the pad features double-sided silicone rubber layers paired with an intermediate special textile reinforcement layer.
