Manufacturing Process
Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Coil is produced through a precise metallurgical process:
  • Base Material Preparation: High-quality cold-rolled steel coils (thickness 0.12-0.20mm) are used as the substrate
  • Surface Cleaning: The steel strip is degreased, pickled, and fluxed to remove impurities and prepare the surface for coating
  • Hot Dip Coating: The cleaned strip passes through a bath of molten zinc at approximately 450°C-460°C, creating a metallurgical bond
  • Cooling & Finishing: After coating, the strip is cooled, leveled, and undergoes skin pass rolling to improve surface finish
