1. Length & Diameter

Our roll-wrapped carbon fiber tubes are crafted from multiple layers of UD (unidirectional) carbon fiber in the middle, and 3K weave carbon fiber fabric for the outside, which are rolled onto the axial mold. Hence, the thickness of the carbon fiber tube is determined by the quantity of layers of the inner unidirectional carbon fiber. So any thickness, diameter, and length can be customized according to your requirements.

• Outer Diameter (OD): 1.8mm (min.) - 300mm (max.)
• Inner Diameter (ID): 1mm (min.) - 280mm (max.)
• Length: 50mm (min.) - 4000mm (max.)

2. Weave

You can choose from several weave options for the outermost layer to meet your mechanical requirements while also giving the carbon fiber tubes an attractive appearance.

3. Surface Finishing

It also comes in various finishes, including glossy and matte. Glossy carbon fiber has a smooth, reflective surface, adding a sleek and shiny appearance. Matte carbon fiber has a non-reflective surface with a softer, subdued finish.
