3K Roll Wrapped Carbon Fiber Tube OD 6mm X ID 4/5mm X Length 500mm for RC Model

A roll-wrapped carbon Fiber Tube is a high-performance tubular structure made by wrapping multiple layers of carbon fiber fabric around a mandrel (a cylindrical mold), typically using unidirectional and woven fabrics. After wrapping, the tube is cured under heat and pressure to achieve its final strength and stiffness.
Our tube is a roll tube (Filament winding Technology), not a pultrusion tube. Roll tubes have the longitude and weft yarn, but pultrusion tubes only have the longitude, not weft yarn, so the strength is not as well as roll tubes. Carbon fiber is very lightweight; its strength is steel's 9 times, but its weight is about 1/3 that of steel!
Our roll-wrapped carbon fiber tubes are manufactured by wrapping multiple layers of 12k UD and 3k twill/plain carbon fiber prepregs around a metal mould and then cured at high temperature. The UD prepregs are used in core layers, whereas the Twill/Plain is on the surface. Based on your requirement, we can also use Kevlar and glass fiber.
Available in matte and gloss finishes, these tubes are not only good-looking but also extremely stiff and strong. Such roll-wrapped tubes are available in round, square, rectangular, hexagonal, and octagonal shapes. All these tubes are custom-made based on the client's requirements. The smallest Inner diameter is 5mm, and the longest length is 3 meters.
