Description

Solid Carbide End Mills for AluminiumThe current market trend is towards the increasing use of aluminium substrate in the manufacture of die cut and moulds. Aluminium substrate offers many advantages, such as excellent machinability and good thermal conductivity, as well as being light in weight, with a high strength-to-weight ratio.


A80G high gloss aluminum milling cutter series adopt domestic high-quality fine grain tungsten steel material, flexural strength: 4100mpa, grain size: 0.6 μm, not easy to break the edge. A new special aluminum milling cutter with color coating is introduced, which increases the wear resistance of the cutter. The unique groove design and the polishing treatment of the front cutting edge and groove are adopted to increase the cutting performance. It is especially suitable for efficient and high gloss machining of aluminum alloy (6 and 7 series aluminum) materials. With high precision quality control, and full inspection, all A80G series end mills are delivered with 100% qualification rate.
